Exceptional service, the staff is attentive and helpful with big hearts. The rooms are perfectly clean and have air conditioning.

Stayed here with my animals and overall loved this apartment. The location was best possible to all the places, and had everything you needed. Plus it was near to the restaurant that belongs to the home stay as well as the park. The bathroom included a walk-in shower and bath sheets.

Thanks to the owner for contributing to our real good experience of 1 or 2 night's. It has convenient setting to all the places. And the fact that it's near to a restaurant that serves good food as well as the park by Aberts abd Chen.

I always stay at this homestay because I never regret it. The staff helped me return my lost sim cards. It has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, parking, air conditioning, and a restaurant. Coming back for Easter.

This homestay is perfectly located for nature lovers like me, as it is nestled right in the heart of the jungle. Being just in front of the park entrance allowed me to start my morning walk early and fully enjoy the wildlife. The rooms were comfortable and air-conditioned, providing a welcome retreat after a day of exploring. Alfred, the guide, was exceptionally knowledgeable and made sure we saw all the amazing creatures in the national park. The food at the restaurant was also delicious, offering a taste of local cuisine.

One downside was the lack of WiFi throughout my stay.

Finally someone cleaned the room properly! I even had a big bed and working AC. The on-site restaurant had delicious food. WiFi worked, yay!

Oh, and let's not forget the enormous fees for a guide who barely explained anything. Tourists are just walking ATMs!

I recently stayed at Tangkoko Ranger Homestay and I had a great experience. The location of the homestay was perfect, just in front of the park and close to the village. The cottage I stayed in was simple but good enough for the price. The staff provided good service and the food, coffee, and tea served at the restaurant were all delicious. I also appreciated the complimentary water and cookies. The homestay also offered a helpful guide for tours, although there could have been more information provided about the surroundings.

Spacious bungalows, clean and cozy. Delicious, freshly cooked meals. Friendly and knowledgeable guides. Convenient location next to Tangkoko Reserve. Genuine care for nature and animals. Peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. Free coffee, tea, and drinking water. Smiley and friendly locals.

The location of the hotel was extremely convenient, right next to the entrance of the national park. The guides provided by the hotel were knowledgeable and enthusiastic, making our wildlife tours enjoyable and informative. Additionally, the meals served at the hotel's restaurant were delicious and reasonably priced.

Some aspects of the hotel could be improved. The rooms were not as comfortable as they appeared in the photos, with lumpy pillows and a lack of mosquito nets.

The rooms are large & comfortable with several charging points. the dinner was nicely prepared. Tea & coffee maker with sachets are there round the clock at cafeteria area. Their guide Mr June is beyond my expectations. I did both evening & morning trip with some memorable nature sightings. Frankie drove me to Tomohon my next destination with utmost care with a short break at Sawangan to visit the Waruga park, a must-visit destination.

The room at Tangkoko Ranger Homestay was cozy and comfortable with a private entrance. I loved the tile/marble floor which added a touch of elegance.

Personally, I didn't find the seating area in the room necessary, but others might enjoy it.
